Seedy Nut Free Granola

This nut free granola is super easy to make with only 5 ingredients needed. Seeds are a great probiotic boost and so this gut lovin’ granola is perfect to add to a fibre full breakfast to keep your tummy happy.

Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 50g of mixed seeds
  • 25g dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Add the oats and seeds together in a medium sized bowl with a pinch of salt.
  3. Heat the coconut oil on the hob with the maple syrup on low heat until the coconut oil is melted, and everything is well combined.
  4. Let this mixture cool slightly before folding it into the oats and seeds.
  5. Spread out your granola mixture onto a baking tray, ensuring it is as thinly spread as possible so that it gets evenly toasted.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until your granola is a golden-brown colour.
  7. Finally, let your granola cool for 10 minutes before adding in your berries and transferring to an airtight container for storage. Enjoy as part of a yummy breakfast!
