This nut free granola is super easy to make with only 5 ingredients needed. Seeds are a great probiotic boost and so this gut lovin’ granola is perfect to add to a fibre full breakfast to keep your tummy happy.

- 200g oats
- 50g of mixed seeds
- 25g dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add the oats and seeds together in a medium sized bowl with a pinch of salt.
- Heat the coconut oil on the hob with the maple syrup on low heat until the coconut oil is melted, and everything is well combined.
- Let this mixture cool slightly before folding it into the oats and seeds.
- Spread out your granola mixture onto a baking tray, ensuring it is as thinly spread as possible so that it gets evenly toasted.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until your granola is a golden-brown colour.
- Finally, let your granola cool for 10 minutes before adding in your berries and transferring to an airtight container for storage. Enjoy as part of a yummy breakfast!
